The Ole Miss Rebels improved to 4-0 with a win over Memphis on Saturday, but the Rebels actually dropped a spot in this week’s Associated Press Poll from No. 10 to No. 11. They stayed put at No. 11 in this week’s Amway Coaches’ Poll.

Ole Miss is now one week away from its highly anticipated showdown with the Alabama Crimson Tide, the No. 3 team in the AP Poll and the No. 1 team in the Coaches’ Poll.

The Rebels are one of seven SEC teams ranked in Coaches’ Poll and one of eight SEC teams ranked in the AP Poll, as well as one of six SEC West teams ranked in both polls. They have seven SEC games remaining on the schedule, five of which are against teams listed in the most recent AP Poll.
