Ole Miss tight end Evan Engram was named to the midseason John Mackey Award Watch List Wednesday, according to the Oxford Eagle. The award is given annually to college football’s best tight end.

Engram has already been recognized as a Biletnikoff Award — given to the nation’s top pass-catcher — earlier this season.

The senior leads all FBS tight ends with 30 catches and 479 yards and is second with four touchdowns. Engram leads Ole Miss in all three categories. He entered his third season as the active leader in college football among tight ends with 1,873 career yards.

The award’s winner will be announced on Dec. 7.
