Ole Miss has rolled out new camo-inspired alternate helmets and the Rebels announced that they would make their debut this week against Kentucky.

Bill Jordan, the owner of Realtree, played at Ole Miss as a wide receiver during the Archie Manning era.

The Rebels are ranked No. 14 in the country in this week’s AP Top 25 poll, while Kentucky is ranked No. 7, and the Wildcats will get Chris Rodriguez back from his four-game absence. Ole Miss has won 2 straight in the series, but they’ve only played twice in the last 11 years.

The Rebels last week against Tulsa used a 28-point outburst in the second quarter to cruise to a 35-27 win against Tulsa on Saturday. Jaxson Dart and Quinshon Judkins accounted for 4 touchdowns in the big quarter after Ole Miss trailed for the first time this season.

Similarly, Will Levis in Kentucky’s win over Northern Illinois last week tied a career high with 4 touchdown passes, including touchdowns of 70 and 40 yards to Barion Brown and Tayvion Robinson, after halftime, and the Wildcats held off Northern Illinois 31-23.
