Quinshon Judkins and his parents share how skateboard skills helped him dominate the SEC
Quinshon Judkins and his parents know exactly where his skills on the football field come from.
Before he was a football star, and before he played baseball, Judkins was tearing up the streets of Montgomery, Alabama on his skateboard. The star RB credits his cousins with making him a “skateboard fanatic.”

“He turned our garage into a little skateboard shop,” explained Judkins’ mother in a piece that aired on the SEC Network. “He would teach himself tricks and I would take him up to the skatboard park.”
Judkins credits lessons he learned from skateboarding with helping him on football. The RB credits saketboarding for helping his balance, cutting, and “never give up attitude.”
Judkins rushed for over 1,500 yards as a freshman in 2022. This season, Judkins has 793 rushing yards with 12 TDs. The back has also caught 14 passes for 119 yards and 1 receiving TD.
