Ole Miss offensive coordinator Rich Rodriguez has become quite animated in the press box this season, and he did it again late in the Ole Miss loss to Texas A&M, 24-17.

Rodriguez first had a tantrum in Ole Miss’ loss to Alabama, but this time, Ole Miss was just 4-for-16 on third down conversions and had to settle for a missed field goal attempt, interception, punt, punt and field goal on the final 5 possessions.

The Ole Miss quarterbacks, Matt Corral and John Rhys Plumlee struggled. Corral was 10-for-17 passing for 124 yards and an interception. Plumlee was 4-for-12 passing for 31 yards. Plumlee had 40 yards rushing on 13 carries, while Corral had 5 yards on 4 carries.

The dual quarterback system continues to be a work in progress for the Rebels as they look for rhythm on offense.

They have an off week ahead, before they return to action at Auburn on Nov. 2.
