While Cade Mays and Joey Gatewood are eligible, another SEC transfer is still waiting

There was some big breaking news in the SEC on Wednesday, as a pair of intraconference transfers in Cade Mays (OL, Georgia to Tennessee) and Joey Gatewood (QB, Auburn to Kentucky) were granted immediate eligibility.
However, not everyone has been cleared to play right away. Ole Miss DB Otis Reese, a transfer from Georgia, is still waiting.
Though he now has clearance from the SEC, Reese is waiting to hear from the NCAA if he can play or not:
Per comment from an Ole Miss spokesperson, Otis Reese still has not been cleared by the NCAA despite Sankey's statement today that seemingly would give him SEC approval once cleared.

In 2 seasons at Georgia, Reese recorded 16 total tackles. He appeared in 25 games during that span.
Will we see him on the field soon? For now, the wait continues.
