The Boilermaker Special is on the strggle bus.

The train that runs with the Purdue football team during their entrance failed to get out of first gear Saturday before the Boilermakers took on the Iowa Hawkeyes.

The caboose remained stalled on the middle of the turf while Iowa ran out on the field. The Hawkeyes team had to avoid the train, which was stuck at the 50 yards line.

Eventually several people gave the choo choo the push it needed to get off the field and likely to the mechanic.

The train proved to be a telling sign for the game as Purdue has also failed to get going and trails Iowa 17-0 late in the second quarter.
