13 SEC players included in Round 1 of Pro Football Focus’s 2020 NFL mock draft

The 2020 NFL Draft is still several months away, but that doesn’t stop analysts from putting out mock drafts.

It’s fun to see how players shift around during the course of a draft cycle, and on Wednesday, Pro Football Focus’s Michael Renner released a new 2020 mock draft.

As you can see below, 13 SEC players are projected to go in Round 1, with 5 Alabama players included:

  • No. 1 — Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama — Miami Dolphins
  • No. 3 — Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama — Washington Redskins
  • No. 6 — Andrew Thomas, OL, Georgia — New York Giants
  • No. 7 — Grant Delpit, S, LSU — Detroit Lions
  • No. 14 — Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU — Carolina Panthers
  • No. 15 — Derrick Brown, DL, Auburn — Tennessee Titans
  • No. 17 — Alex Leatherwood, OL, Alabama — Miami Dolphins
  • No. 18 — CJ Henderson, CB, Florida — San Francisco 49ers
  • No. 19 — Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama — Pittsburgh Steelers
  • No. 20 — Javon Kinlaw, DL, South Carolina — Seattle Seahawks
  • No. 23 — Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama — Minnesota Vikings
  • No. 27 — Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt — Dallas Cowboys
  • No. 32 — Joe Burrow, QB, LSU — New England Patriots
