2 SEC schools among 11 finalists to land 2020 WR Brenden Rice, son of NFL legend Jerry Rice

When you think of top NFL receivers, you think of Jerry Rice. Rice had 1,549 career catches for 22,895 yards and 197 touchdowns in his storied career.

Now his son, Brenden Rice, is preparing for college, and the 3-star 2020 receiver has narrowed his list down to 11 schools.

As you can see below, the Arizona native has two SEC schools — Ole Miss and Texas A&M — in his final 11:

Those two SEC programs will compete with Oregon, Arizona, Oregon State, UCLA, Washington State, Michigan, Nebraska, Colorado and USC.

Per the 247Sports composite, Rice is the No. 69 wide receiver in the class of 2020 and the No. 12 overall recruit from the state of Arizona.
