The 2022-23 men’s college basketball season is coming down to the wire. Soon, we’ll be in March, and conference tournaments and the NCAA Tournament are where players are able to really boost their NBA Draft stock.

On Tuesday, Bleacher Report’s Jonathan Wasserman released his full 2-round mock draft following the NBA trade deadline, and he had 7 SEC standouts going in the first 30 picks.

As you can see below, he has the Orlando Magic snagging 2 SEC stars in the top 10:

  • No. 5 — Brandon Miller, F, Alabama — Orlando Magic
  • No. 8 — Nick Smith Jr., G, Arkansas — Orlando Magic
  • No. 12 — Cason Wallace, G, Kentucky — Utah Jazz
  • No. 13 — Anthony Black, G, Arkansas — Oklahoma City Thunder
  • No. 15 — GG Jackson, F, South Carolina — Utah Jazz
  • No. 23 — Ricky Council IV, G, Arkansas — Sacramento Kings
  • No. 28 — Noah Clowney, F, Alabama — Charlotte Hornets

Wasserman also predicts 2 SEC players will hear their names called in Round 2. See those full projections for the second round here.
