The 2021 NFL Draft will be here in a couple of months, but the top prospects won’t have the NFL Combine in its normal form to improve their draft stocks.

Thus, game tape will be more important than ever, and there’s plenty of great game tape to go around in the SEC.

On Thursday, CBS Sports analyst Josh Edwards updated his Round 1 mock draft, and he included 10 SEC stars. As you can see below, 4 SEC pass catchers are projected to go in the top 10:

  • No. 3 — Ja’Marr Chase, WR, LSU — Miami Dolphins
  • No. 6 — DeVonta Smith, WR, Alabama — Philadelphia Eagles
  • No. 7 — Jaylen Waddle, WR, Alabama — Detroit Lions
  • No. 8 — Kyle Pitts, TE, Florida — Carolina Panthers
  • No. 15 — Patrick Surtain II, CB, Alabama — New England Patriots
  • No. 16 — Jaycee Horn, CB, South Carolina — Arizona Cardinals
  • No. 17 — Christian Barmore, DL, Alabama — Las Vegas Raiders
  • No. 22 — Azeez Ojulari, LB, Georgia — Tennessee Titans
  • No. 27 — Terrace Marshall Jr., WR, LSU — Baltimore Ravens
  • No. 31 — Kadarius Toney, WR, Florida — Green Bay Packers
