There’s a 75-percent chance that Eric Reed Jr. is heading to the SEC.

On Thursday, Reed, a 4-star safety from Louisiana, announced his top four schools ahead of his signing day ceremony, which will take place Dec. 18. Reed’s four choices are Auburn, Georgia, LSU and Notre Dame.

Reed is the No. 16 safety in the 2020 class, per the 247sports Composite rankings, as well as the No. 6 recruit from Louisiana. Listed at 6-foot-1, 197 pounds, he attends Calvary Baptist Academy in Shreveport, La.

This will be the second time that Reed makes his college decision, as he was previously committed to Ole Miss. He committed to the Rebels on June 18, then decommitted this past Monday, shortly after Ole Miss decided to fire head coach Matt Luke.

Reed has an official visit to Georgia scheduled for Dec. 13, so it will be interesting to see if the Bulldogs can persuade him to attend their school only five days before Reed’s signing ceremony.
