If watching this past weekend’s NFL Draft had you thinking about fantasy football, you’re not alone.

Michael Fabiano of NFL.com named the top 20 rookies for fantasy football this upcoming season, and five former SEC players made his list.

  • New York Jets WR ArDarius Stewart (Alabama)
  • New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (Tennessee)
  • New York Giants TE Evan Engram (Ole Miss)
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE O.J. Howard (Alabama)
  • Jacksonville Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette (LSU)

Fournette, the second-highest offensive draft pick, tops Fabiano’s list. While Fournette might not have the same impact as the No. 4 overall pick a year ago, Fabiano still predicts a 1,000-yard rookie season for the former Tiger:

A bruising, between-the-tackles runner who has drawn comparisons to Adrian Peterson, Fournette will be the first rookie picked in countless seasonal and dynasty leagues. He should be considered the main man in the Jaguars backfield, even with Chris Ivory and T.J. Yeldon in the mix, and a lock top-50 overall selection. Fournette won’t make an Ezekiel Elliott impact in 2017, but he’ll be a solid No. 2 running back.
Projection: 241 carries, 1,066 yards, 8 TDs, 23 receptions, 165 yards, 0 TDs
