The Elite 11 is one of the premier quarterback competitions in the country, and every year, the nation’s best and brightest quarterbacks compete.

On Tuesday, the first 16 players were named to the Finals, and four SEC commits were among the honorees.

As you can see in the graphic below, Alabama commits Paul Tyson and Taulia Tagovailoa, South Carolina commit Ryan Hilinski and Auburn commit Bo Nix punched their tickets:

According to the 247Sports composite, Nix is the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback in the class of 2019, while the other three are pro-style quarterbacks. Hilinski checks in at No. 6 at his position, with Tagovailoa in the No. 8 spot and Tyson in the No. 12 spot.

An SEC target, Grant Gunnell, also earned his spot. He is being pursued by Texas A&M, LSU and Arkansas, among others.
