The nation’s No. 2 inside linebacker in the class of 2020 has named his top eight schools and a pair of SEC teams are in the mix.
Woodbridge (Va.) LB Antoine Sampah named a top eight which includes Alabama and Florida along with Florida State, Clemson, North Carolina, West Virginia, Penn State and Oregon. Listed at 6-2, 220 pounds, Sampah is rated the No. 1 Virginia product, No. 2 inside linebacker and No. 19 prospect overall in the class of 2020 on the 247Sports Composite. During the 2018 season, Sampah took unofficial visits to West Virginia, Tennessee, Penn State, Clemson and Alabama. This weekend he took an unofficial visit to North Carolina.
Things could get interesting if it comes down to Alabama and Florida. Sal Sunseri, who left UF after the 2018 season to return to Tuscaloosa, is listed as Sampha’s primary Crimson Tide recruiter.
