June 15 was a big day for the Alabama and Auburn recruiting departments, as both schools hired female recruiting directors of operations.
Mollie Moore will serve as the head of the recruiting department at Auburn after a couple of years at Georgia:
Thank you for a wonderful 2 years UGA. Auburn, I'm coming home! #WDE

Over in Tuscaloosa, Leah Knight will run the show, according to her Twitter post:
Blessed to be home! ??โค๏ธ #RollTide pic.twitter.com/rXrTnkPayL

Both Knight and Moore graduated from the schools they are now working for, so it’s safe to say it’s pretty close to a dream job for them.
Knight previously held the same post at Colorado State before heading to Tuscaloosa. She worked on Alabama’s student recruiting team as recently as 2013.
Moore has a stop at UAB on her resume as well.
With the way both schools are able to recruit, it’s safe to say both Knight and Moore will keep things running smoothly at their alma maters.
