Amarius Mims already knew when he was planning on making his college decision, now he knows which 10 schools he will be selecting from when the time comes.

A little under two weeks ago, Mims announced his college decision would be coming on Oct. 14. Which school the five-star offensive lineman selects remains a mystery but we at least name his lists of finalists, which he announced on Wednesday.

The 6-foot-7, 315-pound five-star offensive lineman from Bleckley County High School in Cochran, Ga., is down to Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Tennessee, Clemson, Florida State, Oklahoma and Oregon.

Rated as the No. 8 overall prospect, the No. 2 offensive tackle and the No. 1 overall recruit from the state of Georgia in the 2021 recruiting cycle by 247Sports Composite Rankings, Mims narrowed his list after landing offers from nearly every major college football program in the nation.

This spring, Mims visited Tennessee, Auburn, Alabama and Florida before the coronavirus pandemic put a halt to all college football recruiting. Mims is committed to competing in the 2021 Polynesian Bowl following the conclusion of his high school career.
