AP Men’s Basketball Poll: 5 SEC teams crack latest top 25 rankings

The AP Men’s Basketball Poll has been updated following an exciting week of hoops action!
Several top teams from last week’s poll, including Kentucky, Baylor and Gonzaga, suffered losses, while other top teams looked absolutely dominant.
The top 5 is now made up of No. 1 North Carolina, No. 2 Houston, No. 3 Kansas, No. 4 Texas and No. 5 Virginia.
A total of 5 SEC squads — No. 9 Arkansas, No. 13 Auburn, No. 15 Kentucky, No. 18 Alabama and No. 22 Tennessee — cracked the top 25 this week.
Texas A&M and Mississippi State were among the teams also receiving votes in the poll.
