AP Men’s Basketball Poll, March 6: 5 SEC teams included in latest top 25 rankings

The updated AP Men’s Basketball Poll has been released, and there are some shakeups atop the rankings as we enter March Madness!

Due to Alabama’s loss at Texas A&M on Saturday, the Crimson Tide have fallen from No. 2 to No. 4 in the latest top 25.

A total of 5 SEC teams — No. 4 Alabama, No. 17 Tennessee, No. 18 Texas A&M, No. 23 Kentucky and No. 25 Mizzou — were ranked in the top 25 this week.

Vanderbilt and Arkansas were among the teams also receiving votes in this week’s poll.
