Based on updated figures released by one online sportsbook, college football fans should be expecting significantly smaller crowds this season due to the coronavirus pandemic. has listed out several over/under average attendance figures for 10 schools and only one figure ranges over 50 percent capacity for each stadium.

Nebraska’s over/under number is 49,140 average attendance which is 55% capacity of Memorial Stadium. The only other number listed below that’s at the 50 percent mark is Neyland Stadium with 43,970 average attendance — which is 50% of Tennessee’s stadium.

For what it’s worth, the sportsbook does seem to believe full stadiums will be allowed at some point this season as the over/under for largest crowd this season has been set at 101,001 by the¬†
