Through the first round of game in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge, it looked like the Big 12 was going to run away with an easy victory.

The first three games saw the Big 12 go 3-0, with Texas A&M picking up the SEC’s first win in the second round of action. Eventually, the SEC made it close, and the deciding game ended up being Texas Tech’s 67-64 win over an Arkansas squad that put up a valiant effort on the road.

Here’s a look at how the Big 12 ended up with a 6-4 victory in the annual challenge:

  • Iowa State 87, Ole Miss 73
  • TCU 55, Florida 50
  • Baylor 73, Alabama 68
  • Texas A&M 65, Kansas State 53
  • Oklahoma State 74, South Carolina 70
  • Georgia 98, Texas 88
  • Oklahoma 86, Vanderbilt 55
  • Tennessee 83, West Virginia 66
  • Kentucky 71, Kansas 63
  • Texas Tech 67, Arkansas 64

It was announced on Saturday that the SEC/Big 12 Challenge had been extended for six more years, so we’ll get to see this fun annual event for the foreseeable future.
