With Week 9 of the college football season in the books and an initial batch of College Football Playoff rankings revealed, eyes are starting to turn to the football postseason. There is still plenty left to be decided, for sure, but on Wednesday, Bowl Season, the advocating body for all 44 bowl games, released its first weekly bowl projections.

Twelve SEC teams popped up on the list. Six of the league’s teams have already reached the requisite wins for bowl eligibility. Two programs sit just one win away, with five others sitting at 4-4 on the year. Only Vanderbilt has lost more than four games so far.
