Just about every coach in the Southeastern Conference is sitting on a cool seat heading into the 2021 season, aside from Ed Orgeron.

At least, that’s the way Dennis Dodd of CBS Sports views things heading into the coming football season.

Dodd has published his latest annual hot seat rating column over at CBS Sports and 13 of the league’s coaches are currently sitting on cool seats according to the article.

Here are the categories for Dodd’s hot seat ratings: 5 – Win or be fired, 4 – Start improving now, 3 – Pressure is mounting, 2 – All good … for now, 1 – Safe and secure and 0 – Untouchable.
