As many top players in the upcoming class make their college decisions, Baxter has narrowed his list down to his top 4 schools.
As you can see below, the 6-2, 215-pound back has 2 SEC teams — Texas A&M and Florida — in the mix for his commitment still:

Those 2 SEC programs will compete with future SEC member Texas and Miami out of the ACC for Baxter’s services in 2023 and beyond.
Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Baxter is the No. 3 running back in the class of 2023 and the No. 11 overall recruit from the state of Florida.
