Why are there only 4 linemen on each team?
4 OL
center is separate
its below
You are correct. Somehow I missed that.
Interesting. UGA has the lowest percentage of players on these teams compared to the number of 5 star recruits on their roster. I wonder if the guys are overrated coming in or not being developed properly.
They have so many 5 starts that the 2 deep rotates regularly on defense and on the offensive line so no one gets all of the shine. Properly rated and developed enough for 3 in a row in Jacksonville.
LSU is very well represented, but Stingley should have been first team, and York had a better season than Blankenship as a kicker.
Agreed
York needs to wear glasses to get more attention. I would say that both York and McPherson had a better season than Rodrigo.
McPherson?? Lol he’s got 86 total points. Rod has 119 and York has 137 (on 34 more XPs than Rod) At least York and Hot Rod can be trusted from 50+. Florida barely trusted McPherson at all. The one thing that Rod has that the others don’t is that he is 100% on XPs. Rod also hit TBs on almost ALL of his KOs.
McPherson got 86 points because we were scoring more TDs than FGs this year.
That’s weird cause he’s got the same number of XPs as Hot Rod.
I think the Blankenship vote was because he’s a senior and York is a freshman and they know York will win it for the next few years. This was Rod’s worst year since his freshman year and he was up for the Groza. That being said, York was very impressive this year. He’s got a leg.
Agreed. Stingley is already the best DB in college football.
Props for recognizing Bowden, Jr.
The SIDs vote on this. If it was the coaches, it would look different. Coaches don’t have time for this.
Yep. Plus, coaches don’t know what every player looks like anyways. If they don’t play your team, they haven’t watched you play.
