College GameDay made its second trip to Rocky Top this season for the Third Saturday in October showdown between No. 3 Alabama and No. 6 Tennessee in Knoxville.

Lee Corso was back after a 2-week absence following what he called a health scare that sent him to the hospital.

Corso, Rece Davis, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Kirk Herbstreit were joined at the desk by Tennessee legend Peyton Manning, who served as Saturday’s celebrity guest picker.

It’s a loaded Week 7 slate in college football. For the closing picks segment, Manning and the GameDay crew picked just 2 SEC games. They went with the conference’s 2 ranked-vs-ranked games: Mississippi State-Kentucky and Alabama-Tennessee.

Here’s how Manning and the crew picked the 2 big SEC showdowns on Saturday:

No. 16 Mississippi State at No. 22 Kentucky

  • Howard: Mississippi State
  • McAfee: Mississippi State
  • Manning: Kentucky
  • Corso: Mississippi State
  • Herbstreit: Mississippi State

No. 3 Alabama at No. 6 Tennessee

  • Howard: Tennessee
  • McAfee: Tennessee
  • Manning: Tennessee
  • Corso: Tennessee
  • Herbstreit: Alabama
