Mullen was 5-4 in Egg Bowl games as the head coach for the Mississippi State Bulldogs. After 9 years in Starkville, Mullen took the head job at Florida. Mullen spent 4 seasons with the Gators before becoming a studio analyst for ABC and ESPN in 2022.
This will be Mullen’s 1st time returning to Starkville since becoming an analyst. The Egg Bowl games are always entertaining and recently it’s been a back-and-forth affair. The Bulldogs won the game in 2022 by a score of 24-22.
The Rebels head to Starkville for the 2023 Egg Bowl on November 23.
I hate to miss that game, but Mullen’s a deal-breaker.
I am with you on that!
yeah and i investad 800 grand in Mullen Automotive cause of him. Down 98 percent this year. About to be delisted on NASDAQ. Then i found out that he didnt even start that company. Maybe i can sue him.
due diligence is a hellofa drug my friend
No way this divisive idiot will be on my TV. ESPN decision makers need to do their due diligence and rethink this travesty. Mullen just lost a law suit with Rebel Rags in which he advised his players to lie under oath. He’s not welcome in Mississippi!
Mullin is a no but I’ll be there in person though
