One of the top tight ends in the 2024 recruiting class is eyeing a decision in the coming months, with 2 SEC schools having emerged among his favorites.

Dylan Mesman announced his top 10 via Twitter on Sunday, and Auburn and Kentucky are among the programs that are in contention.

Also included on Mesman’s list are Minnesota, Cincinnati, Michigan State, Virginia Tech, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Maryland, and Duke.

Mesman is a 6-5, 230-pounder out of Saline, Michigan.

He is rated by the 247Sports Composite as a 4-star prospect. He’s also rated as the No. 17 tight end in the 2024 class and Michigan’s No. 8 overall prospect.
