East Mississippi Community College football player dies, 2 others injured in car crash

The East Mississippi Community College football family is in mourning on Thursday, as it was revealed that one player was killed and two others were injured in a car accident on Wednesday.

Zae Crain, an incoming freshman who was an early enrollee at EMCC, has died in the aftermath of the accident.

According to a Facebook post from EMCC, Jeremiah Braziel an Keon Moore were the players who were badly injured in the crash:

All three players are from Gulfport, Mississippi, and were traveling home for the holiday weekend.

Per WLOX, Moore is in stable condition, but Braziel has been airlifted to a hospital in Jackson, Mississippi.
