Selman Bridges, a 4-star cornerback in the 2024 class, is down to 9 schools in his recruitment.

The Temple (Texas) Lake Belton native revealed his Top 9 on Thursday. LSU, Arkansas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Texas all made the cut, alongside Oregon, USC, TCU, and Texas Tech. The Razorbacks are the only team so far to have a confirmed official visit on the books for Bridges (June 16).

The 6-foot-3 corner has range and plenty of athleticism. He’s a multi-sport star for Lake Belton, also playing basketball and competing in track and field. As a junior last fall, Bridges recorded 42 tackles, 2 interceptions (one of which he returned for a score), and 6 pass breakups. He had another interception and a forced fumble as a sophomore.

Bridges is ranked as the No. 51 overall recruit in the 2024 class, per the industry-generated 247 Composite. He’s the No. 10 prospect from the state of Texas and the No. 5 corner. He holds more than 2 dozen scholarship offers.
