Elite OT, top-40 recruit Tyler Booker announces college commitment
One of the top offensive linemen in the class of 2022 has made his decision. Tyler Booker, out of the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, announced Friday that he has committed to Alabama.
In April, Booker named Alabama in his top five along with Florida, Georgia, Ohio State and Oregon. He visited all five schools in June.
Listed at 6-5, 325 pounds, Booker is rated 4-stars, the No. 5 offensive tackle and No. 39 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2022 on the 247Sports Composite.
The New Haven, Connecticut native announced his decision by tweeting a link to a Sports Illustrated article and video.
Booker is commitment No. 11 in Alabama’s 2022 class. His highlights can be viewed below, via Hudl:
