Week 12 of the college football season delivered more of the chaos that 2021 will be remembered for.

Oregon got blown out at Utah, likely ending the Ducks’ College Football Playoff hopes, while Ohio State put a beating on Michigan State that left many believing the red-hot Buckeyes might be a worthy challenger for top-ranked Georgia.

Saturday’s results created plenty of movement in the latest ESPN Power Rankings, with the most noteworthy change being that Ohio State jumped Alabama into the No. 2 slot.

The Crimson Tide, meanwhile, checked in at No. 3 and were followed in the top 5 by Cincinnati and Michigan.

In addition to Georgia and Alabama, there were 3 other SEC programs in the top 25 this week.
