An avid user of social media, ESPN college football analyst and figure head Kirk Herbstreit announced his top individual performers and teams from Week 7 on Twitter:

Alabama, Vanderbilt, and Arkansas were all recognized for their excellent play.

The Crimson Tide had a 39-point victory on the road against a top-1o opponent in Tennessee. Also recognized by Herbstreit was Alabama signal-caller Jalen Hurts. The true freshman out of Texas accrued 275 yards of total offense and three rushing touchdowns en route to the victory.

Vanderbilt had a stunning result — upsetting Georgia on the road. This marked the first road victory in conference play for head coach Derek Mason during this three-year career in Nashville.

Linebacker Zach Cunningham was an absolute stud in the victory — notching an eye-popping 19 tackles. Through seven games, he already has 81 tackles.

Lastly, Bret Bielema’s success over Hugh Freeze continued. The Razorbacks came up with a big home victory over a very talented Ole Miss squad.
