ESPN shares top CFB plays of September
It’s hard to believe that we are in the month of October already.
Under normal circumstances, we’d be knee-deep into the college football season, but the COVID-19 pandemic has obviously caused things to be significantly delayed. That doesn’t mean that we haven’t already seen some twists and turns: Oklahoma, ranked No. 3 in the previous week’s poll, suffered a loss to Kansas State, while in the SEC, Mississippi State has been responsible for an upset of its own as it walked out of Tiger Stadium with a 44-34 win over then-No. 6 LSU.
October is sure to bring even more key moments as well. With that in mind, ESPN released its top college football plays from the month of September. SEC fans will remember the catch by Auburn’s Seth Williams, where he fought off a receiver in the end zone and somehow pulled in a Bo Nix catch for a touchdown during the 3rd quarter of the Tigers’ win over Kentucky.
