Three of the nation’s top teams didn’t play Saturday — Alabama, Ohio State and Clemson.

However, Wisconsin did, and the Badgers torched Michigan and Jim Harbaugh to likely move up in the rankings this week. The Florida Gators also hammered the Arkansas Razorbacks behind Kyle Trask’s 6 touchdown passes.

ESPN’ Football Power Index was updated following the SEC’s Week 8 action, and 6 conference teams checked into the rankings. Alabama topped the rankings, while Florida (5) and Georgia (6) were ranked in the top 6. Texas A&M just missed the top 10 at No. 11 — ranked behind Texas, and Auburn came in at No. 13. LSU, oddly, is still ranked at No. 25 after the 2-3 start to the season.
