The Clemson Tigers finished the 2018 season with a perfect 15-0 record, claiming their second national championship in the past three years.

However, entering the 2019 season, they may need to be perfect again if they want another chance to win the College Football Playoff title.

On Wednesday’s episode of “The Paul Finebaum Show,” ESPN analyst Seth Walder said Clemson’s schedule is one of the softest in the entire Power 5:

Indeed, a Week 2 home game vs. Texas A&M and a Week 14 road trip to rival South Carolina appear to be their toughest tasks. When both of their big games are out-of-conference (against SEC teams, no less), a loss could doom them.
