ESPN’s latest 2023 NCAA Tournament bracketology includes 6 SEC teams

Joe Lunardi has released his updated Bracketology, tournament predictions for the 2023 college basketball season.
Six SEC teams made the cut, with 2 more right on the cusp of cracking the 68-team field in March. Ole Miss was on Lunardi’s “First Four Out” while LSU was on the Next Four Out.”
The 6 teams that did crack the field all have at least a 5-seed in the 2023 tournament, per Lunardi. Alabama is rated as the conference’s only No. 1 seed after downing North Carolina and Houston in the past few weeks.
Take a look at which teams’ resumes have them making the cut as of Dec. 13.
- Alabama – No. 1 Seed (West)
- Tennessee – No. 2 Seed (South)
- Arkansas – No. Seed (Midwest)
- Kentucky – No. 3 Seed (East)
- Auburn – No. 4 Seed (South)
- Mississippi State – No. 5 Seed (Midwest)
