Tyler Shough was Oregon’s starting quarterback during the 2020 season, throwing for 1,559 yards, 13 touchdowns and 6 interceptions.
It was a surprise when he decided to enter the NCAA transfer portal earlier this month, as he was poised to once again compete for Oregon’s starting job in 2021.
On Monday, Shough decided to head to a Big 12 school, taking to Twitter to announce that he was heading to Texas Tech for the 2021 season and beyond:

Texas Tech finished the 2020 season with a 4-6 overall record. Shough will have 3 years of eligibility remaining and will likely be eligible to play right away.
Can he become a star in the Big 12? We’ll find out starting this fall!
