Belk Bowl could choose from these four SEC teams
Four SEC teams are potentially on the radar for the Belk Bowl on Dec. 29 in Charlotte, NC.
The bowl’s official Twitter account posted an update on its projections from various national college football reporters through Week 11, naming Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, and South Carolina as potential invitees.

Brett McMurphy, ESPN: Pittsburgh vs. Auburn
Mark Schlabach, ESPN: UNC vs. Arkansas
Jason Kirk, SB Nation: Wake Forest vs. South Carolina
Jerry Palm, CBS Sports: Miami vs. Georgia
Bill Bender, Sporting News: Wake Forest vs. South Carolina
Stewart Mandel, FOX Sports: UNC vs. South Carolina
A member of the SEC has played in the Belk Bowl in each of the last two years with Mississippi State’s 51-28 win over NC State on Dec. 30, 2015 being the most recent.
