George MacIntyre is one of the top quarterback prospects in the nation, regardless of class.
The Brentwood Academy standout from Nashville stands at 6-5, 182 pounds and is currently rated as a 4-star prospect per 247Sports. However, he’ll be a 5-star soon enough if he continues his current trajectory.
And on Monday, MacIntyre whittled his schools list down to just 10, including 5 out of the SEC: Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Auburn and LSU. He’s also considering UCLA, Oregon, Florida State, FIU and Michigan.

If you’re wondering why FIU, it’s because MacIntyre is the nephew of current FIU HC Mike MacIntyre. His grandfather is late former Vanderbilt head coach George MacIntyre.
He’s recently taken unofficial visits to Tennessee, Alabama and most recently LSU. Those 3 are considered to be the main players for his commitment.
MacIntyre is considered to be the No. 11 overall prospect in the Class of 2025, as well as the No. 2 QB and No. 1 player out of Tennessee.
