Good news: CBS reportedly going back to traditional bracket show format
Last year, the NCAA Selection Show was on TBS instead of CBS, which was a major change from years past.
Additionally, the show named the field of 68 teams in alphabetical order instead of in bracket format, which was widely panned as a bad decision.
Fortunately for college basketball fans, reporter Richard Deitsch tweeted on Sunday that the show would be moving back to CBS and would reveal teams in bracket format once again:
Some (very good) sports media news:
CBS will be changing the NCAA Selection Show from last year's broadcast on TBS. No rolling out all the teams in alphabetical order this year. They will return to unveiling the teams in brackets when you first see them on the screen.

Why the network decided to mess with a great system last year was baffling at the time, but at least they heard the criticism and will move back to the traditional format.
The show will air at 6 p.m. Eastern time on Sunday, March 17.
