Gracious in defeat: Dabo Swinney impresses Syracuse players with incredible gesture after game
Friday was a tough night for No. 2 Clemson and coach Dabo Swinney. In addition to losing star QB Kelly Bryant to injury, the Tigers also fell on the road to unranked Syracuse 27-24.
However, Swinney and the Tigers showed class in defeat, with Swinney congratulating Syracuse coach Dino Babers after the game.
Swinney went a step further, though. After speaking with his team, the Clemson coach sought out Syracuse WR Steve Ishmael to compliment him on a great game and even posed for pictures with a couple of players:

Clemson is still in a good position for the College Football Playoff, but now the Tigers basically have to win out to even have a chance.
The ACC is a strong conference, so a one-loss conference champion would have to be considered a top candidate for one of the final four spots.
