4-star ATH Isiah Bond has narrowed his choices of schools down to 3, all SEC schools, Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

He plans to make the official announcement about where he plans to attend school on December 9.

Bond told 247Sports:

“That the day before my state championship game and I felt that was a good time to go ahead and announce it,” he said.

IF you listen to Bonds’ words, it seems as if the Crimson Tide has the inside track on him.

“I just love the program, the coaches, the relationships I have with the coaches,” he said. “Nick Saban is an all-time great coach at Alabama for many years and even before that.”

Bond backed off his pledge to Florida after Dan Mullen was fired. He told 247Sports that new head coach Billy Napier is trying to get him back in the fold.

“It’s still nothing but love with Florida,” Bond said. “It’s a really good program. Great relationship with the coaches. I talked with Coach Napier last night. He said just give me a chance, I’d love to come down and see you soon. He was telling me his history in the past.”

On Georgia, Bond said, “Closer to home, I’m not far from Athens and it’s a great program.”

Bond is rated the No. 2 athlete in the country on the 247Sports Composite.
