Jake Olson won Halloween this year.

If you don’t know the name, Olson played for USC. While that may not be that impressive to you, we should not that Olson is blind.

Olson was born with retinoblastoma, a cancer of the retina and lost both of his eyes by the age of 12. Those challenges didn’t stop him from pursuing his dream of playing college football and he managed to work his way into becoming a long snapper for the Trojans.

Turns out, Olson also has a great sense of humor, too.

For Halloween this year, Olson went as a blind college football referee. He even dressed up his service dog, named Quebec, to match him.

“It’s gonna be tough but have to fly back from the 1 o’clock start FAU vs WKU game in order to make the 5 o’clock @USC_Athletics vs Oregon game but I know both teams need me so I’m going to #findaway Happy Reffing and Happy Halloween everyone!”
