This time next week, Jaron Willis will be preparing to announce where he will play his college football.

The four-star linebacker from Lee County High School in Leesburg, Ga., just updated his recruitment and announced he will be making his college decision on Saturday, May 1.

Willis is currently rated as a four-star prospect, the No. 13 outside linebacker prospect in the country and a top 150 overall prospect in the nation for the 2022 recruiting cycle by 247Sports Composite Rankings.

During the 2020 high school season, Willis racked up 57 tackles, nine tackles for loss, two sacks and two interceptions.

The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Peach State native announced in March he was down to six programs, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Florida State and Georgia Tech.
