Joel Klatt has come out with his latest top 10, and he has a new No. 1 team in Georgia after he had Alabama in the top spot after Week 1.

The lead analyst on FOX Sports shuffled his top 10 following losses to Texas A&M, Baylor and Notre Dame, which both fell out of the ranking. Alabama slid to No. 3, while Ohio State moved up one spot behind Georgia.

The top 10 is pretty even geographically, as Klatt has 3 teams from the Big Ten, 3 from the Big 12, and one each from the Pac-12 and ACC.

The rankings will likely stay the same, or there will be minimal changes, as there are very few games for the top teams this week that could lead to an upset on paper. Case in point, ESPN’s “College GameDay” is headed to Appalachian State for its game against Troy.

Texas A&M is the only ranked team in the SEC that is playing another ranked team in Miami. That was expected to be the GameDay site if the Aggies had not lost to App State on Saturday.
