Kirk Herbstreit was on the call for the Week 10 matchup between No. 2 Alabama and unranked LSU.

The Tide held on for a narrow 20-14 win over the Tigers, but didn’t look good in the process. That caused many to say Alabama should drop from the No. 2 spot in the College Football Playoff rankings.

The problem? Who else would move up to take the Tide’s place? No. 3 Michigan State lost. Oregon, Ohio State and Cincinnati also failed to impress.

After Week 10 was in the books, Herbstreit took to Twitter to rank his top 4 teams. As you can see below, he has Georgia as his clear No. 1 team, followed by Alabama, Oregon and Ohio State. He has Michigan and Oklahoma just outside the top 4:

There are still plenty of teams vying for position in the top 4. Behind Georgia, anything can happen as we head into the final few weeks of the regular season.

Buckle up. If Week 10 showed us anything, it’s going to be a bumpy ride moving forward!
