Kirk Herbstreit's final four hints at odd conference out
Kirk Herbstreit, one of the most respected and outspoken college football analysts, released his top four early Sunday morning after all of the Week 11 games.
It did not include a Pac-12 team. Neither did his “Next 2.”
Oregon clipped Stanford and Arizona upset Utah in two overtimes. Every Pac-12 team now holds at least two regular-season losses, and more carnage is to come. Call it Pac-12 Armageddon.
My top 4 after week 11. 1-Clemson 2-Alabama 3-Ohio State 4-Oklahoma State Next 2 Oklahoma ND @CollegeGameDay

Perhaps in a preview of what we’ll see Tuesday night when we get the updated College Football Playoff selection committee rankings, Herbstreit did not mention a Pac-12 team.
With the losses tonight of Stanford and Utah the Pac 12, IMO, is out of the chase for the playoff. Eliminates 1 of the Power 5 Conferences.

Alabama, which looked dominant at times on the road against a ranked Mississippi State team, stays put at No. 2 in Herbstreit’s rankings behind an unbeaten Clemson program.
Oklahoma State and Oklahoma grabbed his spots 4 and 5, with Notre Dame lingering at 6.
Who do you think will make the playoff with essentially three games remaining for each team before selection time?
