With SEC Media Days kicking off Monday, we’re about to see a flood of preseason predictions for 2019. We are sure to see a ton of predictions for Alabama and Clemson to make the College Football Playoff (and perhaps face off again). Las Vegas oddsmakers have Tua Tagovailoa and Trevor Lawrence likely seeing each other before the CFP.

The two quarterbacks lead the Las Vegas Westgate SuperBook’s updated Heisman Trophy odds. Both QBs are at 11/4 odds (a $100 bet would return $275 if it wins). It’s interesting to note that Tagovailoa opened with better odds than Lawrence (5/2 vs. 3/1) back on Feb. 26, 2019.

A dozen SEC players make the 40-player list. Georgia QB Jake Fromm is next in line at 20/1. Mississippi State QB Keytaon Thompson is tied for the biggest longshot with Miami QB Tate Martell at 300/1. In addition to the 12 SEC players, there are a few old friends, such as Jalen Hurts, Shea Patterson and Jacob Eason, on the list.
