According to News 12 New Jersey, a Newark man says that a FanDuel Sportsbook won’t pay out a large bet that he won on Sunday.

Anthony Prince says that he bet on the Denver Broncos to beat the Oakland Raiders with one minute and 10 seconds left in the game, when the Raiders were up 19-17.

Prince says he put $110 down at a plus-75,000 bet, which means if he won, there would be a payout of $82,610.

On their last drive, the Broncos kicked a game-winning field goal to win 20-19, but when Prince went up to the window to collect his winnings, he said that the teller would not pay out his winnings.

“They said their system had a glitch in it and they’re not obligated to pay for glitches,” Prince said.

Instead, Prince says he was offered $500 and skybox seats for three New York Giants games, but he declined.

“The other guy said, ‘You should take what we give you because we don’t have to give you (anything) at all.’ I said, ‘Wow, for real?’” Prince says.

According to a spokesperson for FanDuel, the company is currently investigating the matter.

“The government is taxing it now so I thought it would be a better situation. You’d rather go to the corner bookies now. You’re not getting paid here,” Prince said. He also mentioned that he plans on getting an attorney involved and will also contact the New Jersey Division of Gaming to file a complaint.
